Tonight! I am looking forward to this event. Little me will catch a train part of the way , then ride my bike and arrive early with pretty paper decorations and some delicious gluten free cookies.

I am hoping to meet some new people and learn embroidery. :)

The best working weeks start on a Wednesday

What a fun/ surprising/ exhausting extra long weekend :) Caught up with friends and family, went to 3 gigs, got lots of nice presents for our second wedding anniversary and seriously found my bike riding legs!

Even managed to fit in some jewellery making and bought myself a flame torch with sterling silver solder for my future endeavours... yeah! It's all about continuos improvement.

Boring but true

I am currently listening to Crowded Houses new album. How daggy of me. Here is the cover, it's cute! Ha.
Also today is my last day of work for a few days as this weekend is a long weekend and I am also taking some leave. Why? Because it's my husband and I's 2 year wedding anniversary. We are doing a few things around town like dancing to 60's style bands, riding bikes in chilly winds, swimming at a wave pool, being creative (jewellery making and piano playing) having family over and just plain trying to stay warm in this Arctic style winter.
