June 14th 2008

3 years ago Sean and I were married. It has been an adventure filled ride so far! I love him today exactly 3 times more than I loved him when we got married. And that's saying a lot. He is the most interesting, strangest, sweetest, most inventive person I'll ever met.

As part of our weekend long celebration of all things Behmah (our nickname) tonight we see the band below with some friends. Ole!

You make a lovely pear

Here is the gorgeous card I ordered for my friends Romalie & James who were married on the weekend. It was purchased from pupandpony on Etsy who have many vintage style cards and offer wonderful service :)

Congratulations to James & Rom. Your wedding day was beautiful and may the rest of your lives be equally filled with joy. I hope we will continue to be friends for many more years to come. xxx (middle photo credit: Taylor Canning)

Gifts for the bride to be

On the weekend it was my sister in law to be Leora's kitchen tea. We had a very posh and lovely afternoon down the Mornington Peninsula.

Here are the presents I bought her. Of course I raided my favourite op shop, as well as taking a trip t2 to complete her gift.

First Post!

Hey Yo!

Welcome to 'my life is an art space'!

I hope you will enjoy finding out a little about the often interesting and beautiful world around me!!

For starters I thought I'd post a pic of my currently overloaded work desk... where I happen to be sitting right now.

The pretty pictures and objects I have around me are to distract me from the dreary grey office layout!!

I have two snow globes, one from Cheryl at work when she went to Hawaii and the other has a photograph of Sean and I on our wedding day in June 2008. There are little red love hearts which float around us. A great first year anniversary present from my parents. We look a little warped... he he.

Apparently they ordered it online from Big W. Cute gift idea?!

Well it's back to work for me...
